Using License Dashboard SAM Portal, License or Procurement Managers have complete control over what appears within the Software Catalog - thereby promoting effective product standardisation and regulation of the software deployment process.

During the request and approval workflow process, SAM Portal presents the End User with a pre-authorized software list, that subsequently only allows them to select pre-approved software titles. On approval of the request and after confirmation of license availability, a notification is forwarded to the installation team, informing them of which software title is required and what device it is required on.
