Licence Manager 5 marks a major milestone in the evolution of software asset management, with the introduction of software metering, designed to show managers not only which applications are installed across the network, but whether they are being actively used. By highlighting applications which are installed, but not used regularly, License Manager 5 enables organisations to re-harvest software licenses or improve their compliance position by removing unused software from the network.
