Oracle, IBM & SAP License Specialists & Senior Microsoft Consultants

Due to continued growth within our dynamic Software Asset Management division, we are now recruiting Oracle, IBM and SAP Licensing Specialists. In this instance we are looking for experienced individuals who are able to complement our existing team – performing comprehensive software license reconciliations for global organizations.

The applicants must be able to demonstrate the following technical skills and experience:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in completing compliance baselines for one or more of the named vendors.
  • Strong understanding of the advanced data center environment and in depth understanding of the associated licensing challenges.
  • Advanced skills in utilizing scripts or audit tools, driving and supporting the project discovery phase, identifying product usage and liability.
  • Expertise in understanding complex contractual agreements, licensing policies, technical verification and compliance obligations.
  • Experience in identifying optimization opportunities and supporting the rectification process.

SAM Sales Account Manager (US)

License Dashboard – Sales

Work with the SAM Client Director to promote SAM solutions and to assist in the development of the SAM business pipeline across North America. Covering all direct and indirect opportunities i.e. End-User or External Partner and current License Dashboard customers


  • Create, manage and own the lead and opportunity generation process for License Dashboard across North America
  • Work with the UK Telesales Executive to qualify opportunities and confirm customer appointments for any new inbound SAM leads that have been generated through the UK
  • Attend customer conference calls/meetings to promote and discuss all technology and SAM Service solutions
  • Update SAM Business Pipeline with new opportunities and status changes
  • Forecast efficiently and precisely to the UK SAM Client Director throughout SAM sales cycle.
  • Assist in the follow up of sales and marketing campaigns to ensure they are a success from a SAM perspective.
  • Lead and manage the customers/partners throughout the sales-cycle
  • To provide account management to all allocated North American customer or partner accounts and look for up-selling opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual GP targets as agreed with SAM Client Director

Individual Duties / Tasks:

  • Represent License Dashboard across North America
  • Write proposals, assist with tender responses and/or present License Dashboard technology and service’ capabilities to potential customers
  • Conduct demonstrations of the License Dashboard Technology Platform
  • Produce Statement of Works (SoW’s) in relation to the solution requirements to a high standard
  • Produce detailed quotes for all customers
  • May be asked to represent License Dashboard at seminars and roadshows
  • Liaise with specific partner and vendor contacts to establish effective working relationship

C# Software Developer

The Software Developer must have the following technical experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years hand-on experience of commercial C# .NET development
  • Experience of .NET development using Visual Studio 2012 / 2013 / 2015
  • A strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of XAML, WPF UI development using the MVVM pattern

  • Extensive knowledge of the .NET framework (V3.5 and later)

  • Advanced C# programming constructs such as LINQ, lambda expressions, generics, reflection etc
  • Automation technologies such as WiX (Windows Installer) and NuGet

Development Manager

Manage the development team within License Dashboard

We have an opportunity for a Development Manager to manage the team that develops the License Dashboard product suite. This position has a high level of management involved but does require the ability to write code and have a good understanding of the products that are being developed.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To take full ownership of tasks as directed by the Operations Director and Board members
  • Responsible for the mentoring, support and development of team members
  • Involvement in the project lifecycle of all License Dashboard products
  • Daily interaction with the Test Manager and Project Manager/Business Analyst to ensure all teams have a clear understanding of the Systems Development goals
  • Monitoring of department systems and processes to ensure optimal running of the development team
  • Liaise with the Software Asset Management team heads/product owners to ensure full understanding of the product requirements and release timescales

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • A minimum of three years of management experience
  • A minimum of five years software development experience
  • An excellent knowledge of C# and Microsoft .Net, SQL Server and relational database design, N-Tier
  • Experience of a variety of development methodologies and working practices
  • Excellent people management experience
  • First-class written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to plan ahead
  • The ability to carry out multiple tasks and run with multiple projects at any one point in time
  • Able to prioritise their own workload and the team members workload to meet the needs of the business
