SAM Sales Specialist experience and knowledge of the SAM industry

License Dashboard is trusted to ensure our hundreds of customers aren’t overspending when managing their IT assets, but we are aware that many organizations are still at licensing risk and paying more than they should when it comes to software and hardware. Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a professional and dedicated SAM Sales Specialist to present our Platform to ensure our new and existing customers have a Platform that suits their needs.

The applicants must be able to demonstrate the following technical skills and experience:

  • Drive direct sales and work with partners to meet or exceed assigned quota
  • Develop and implement strategies for the needs of prospects/ the need of market trends
  • Follow up on assigned leads
  • Independently identify and acquire new enterprise customers
  • Develop and maintain strong personal and company to company relationships
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, across Europe and the US
  • Effectively engage and build internal cross-functional relationships with services, marketing, development and support teams
  • Prepare and execute ‘Proof of Concepts’ alongside the professional services teams
  • Participation in trade shows, workshops and seminars
  • Administer pipeline management, sales forecasting and CRM lead management

The applicants must be able to demonstrate the following personal skills:

  • Currently a successful SAM Sales Specialist with experience and an understanding of the industry, both Wintel and Enterprise
  • A team player with the ability to work alone
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to succeed
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Capable of flourishing in a competitive environment
